Bonnie and Rachael, two qualified yoga teachers, created Magic Yoga Mat to share fun and engaging resources, including, games, activities and stories as a way of sharing their passion for kids yoga with children, parents and teachers wherever they may be.
Yoga 4 Kids helps children   sleep better improves their body awareness and their body image builds co-ordination and confidence improves their ability to manage stress and anxiety and develop focus and concentration to increase their ability to learn in the classroom.

	Rachael Freeland   Rachael Freeland is a wild and fanciful dreamer and her passion for Children's Yoga was inevitable as soon as she discovered a group of children who willingly meowed like cats, hissed like snakes and even loved to hiss like snakes whilst pretending to be cats.  For  Rachael everything is possible.  Of course this vivid imagination has its foundation in a decade of study including qualifications in Psychology, Physiology, Yoga Teaching and Yoga Therapy.
